Cascade Refining Inc. will not accept or purchase any scrap items offered for sale from anyone who does not have the legal right to sell them.

OUR COMMITTMENT TO YOU

Your items will be evaluated and priced on the day of receipt and your check sent the following business day except for epcatheters which will take 5 -7 business days. You will be immediately contacted by phone or email if any discrepancy exists between your packing slip list sent with the mailer and the enclosed items.

OUR GUARANTEE TO YOU

If you are not satisfied with your settlement payment received from Cascade Refining just return your check within 14 days of the check date and we will promptly return the scrap materials received from you. All shipments will be held by us for 14 days after evaluation before further processing.
