Q: Why not go to a local pawn shop?
A: Please compare the prices we quote before
you decide. Also, your local pawn shop probably is not prepared to buy
some of the items we routinely buy.
Q: How do I know I will get paid for what I send?
A: It is natural to be uneasy about dealing with
a business that is a long distance from home. We would be happy if it were
convenient for you to come in person. We are a long established "Brick and
Mortar" business. We are a member of the Better Business Bureau. More importantly, it is our business policy to deal honestly
with our customers and to assure their satisfaction. Should you not be pleased
with the payment rendered for your shipment simply return our check (within
two weeks of the check date) and we will return the items you sent to us.
Q: What happens if my shipment is not what I assumed it was?
A: Enclosed in your free return mailer packet
is a packing slip which you will fill out listing what you have shipped.
If we find any discrepancy between what you have written and what is in the
shipment (for example it is 10kt gold-fill and not 10kt alloy) we will contact
you immediately. If you are not in agreement with our evaluation we will
simply return your shipment. The transaction will be no different than if
you were here in person at our counter.
